Customer Satisfaction
Post mortem immediately after final day:
- A majority of the participants felt enthusiastic about results
- One suggested that the team was not unified and the strategy had fallen short
One month after, a letter from the engineer who dissented had further comments regarding the exercise:
Gentlemen - A while ago I was very quick to put some thoughts together on issues regarding the vendor selection which was completed on site in September. Since that time I have been very impressed by the work being done.
1: The follow up meetings to make sure we were clear on what was needed to be done by the group.
2: An agreement in the group to inform management.
3: The way primarily Chris, Bill and Graham (+ others) have looked at the Site Strategy. Linking in with other projects has been very commendable.
4: A plan as to progress migration of systems to the chosen vendor.
5: Informing Team Leader and Site Manager
I must applaud the efforts made by everyone, and admit its been a long time since I have observed
so many different people working together towards a Strategy.
